Brownsville police respond to injury crash on S. Central Ave.

BROWNSVILLE, TX – A small child was reportedly injured as the result of a three-vehicle crash in Brownsville last week.

The June 3rd collision was reported just before 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of South Central Avenue and Boca Chica Boulevard.

Police say the 21-year-old female driver of a 2008 Hyundai was speeding when she crashed into the rear of a 2004 Chrysler. The Chrysler was then pushed into the rear of a 2016 Chevrolet.

A one-year-old child in the Chevrolet sustained unknown injuries as a result of the crash. No one else was hurt.
