SAN ANTONIO, TX – The left shoulder of I-410 WB and Fredericksburg Rd was blocked by a car accident Wednesday, according to TTN San Antonio.

Traffic was stop-and-go back to I-10, about half a mile east of the crash site.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the incident.
