DPS troopers respond to 3-vehicle crash on Doolittle Rd. in Edinburg

EDINBURG, TX – Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety were called to the scene of a collision involving several vehicles at a busy Edinburg intersection early last week.

The March 8th collision took place shortly before 4:30 p.m. within the 6100 block of Doolittle Road at the intersection with east Ramseyer Rd.

Police say the driver of a 2000 ford failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign and collided with a 1995 Jeep. The force of the first crash sent the Jeep into the front end of a 2017 Chevrolet.

Luckily, none of the drivers or their passengers were injured as a result of Monday’s Edinburg car crash.
