SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to Sigalert, a car crash was reported at I-410 and TX 16 on Wednesday.
Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident just before 1:05 p.m. By that time; traffic was backed up to Zarzamora St, over a mile east of the crash site.
The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
