SAN ANTONIO, TX – A pedestrian was killed Thursday morning when they were hit by a vehicle while walking on US-281 in north San Antonio.
According to KSAT, the victim was hit in the southbound lanes of the freeway near the Sunset Road overpass at about 6 a.m.
The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, who told police the person he hit ran into traffic, was questioned and then released.
