13-year-old injured after Lincoln crashes on Southmost Blvd.

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Police in Brownsville reported one injury resulting from a single-vehicle crash near Tony Gonzalez Park early last week.

The February 24th collision took place at about 12:19 a.m. along Southmost Boulevard near the intersection with East 30th Street.

Police say a 13-year-old female passenger sustained unknown injuries when the 18-year-old male driver of a 2013 Lincoln crashed head-on with a fixed object along the roadway.

The identities of those involved in Wednesday’s Brownsville car accident are being withheld due to their age at this time.
