2 injured after Kia rear-ends Toyota on Alton Gloor Blvd.

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Multiple injuries were reported as the result of a two-vehicle collision in north Brownsville earlier this month.

The accident took place on May 5th shortly before 5 p.m. along Alton Gloor Boulevard at the US-77 frontage road.

Police say the driver of a 2009 Kia, a 32-year-old man, was speeding when his vehicle collided with the rear of a 2016 Toyota.

The man responsible for the crash was uninjured. However, both occupants in the Toyota, the 16-year-old driver and the 53-year-old passenger, sustained unknown injuries.
