2 injuries reported after 3 car collision in Brownsville

BROWNSVILLE, TX — 2 people, a driver and passenger, reported injuries after a 3 car collision last Tuesday.

The incident occurred around 4:00 in the afternoon near the intersection of Parades Line Road and East Alton Gloor Boulevard. According to police the driver of a tan 2006 Jeep was driving at an unsafe speed down. Next the driver attempted to make a turn at an inappropriate time, which caused the collision.

The driver struck two other vehicles in the accident causing damage to the rear end of a white 2013 Toyota and the front end of a silver 2020 Chevrolet. Police report that it was raining at the time of the crash.

Both the driver and passenger of the Chevrolet reported injuries as a result of the accident. No further information on their conditions has been made available at this time. Police found the driver of the Jeep to be at fault for the accident.
