CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Two people sustained serious injuries as the result of a T-bone collision near SH-358 early Tuesday morning.
The two-vehicle crash took place at about 6:47 a.m. along Lexington Boulevard just west of SH-358.
Investigators believe the 22-year-old male driver of a 1998 Ford failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign and collided head-on with the passenger’s side of a 2014 Chevrolet.
Both the driver of the Ford and the 67-year-old man in the Chevrolet sustained serious injuries as a direct result of the crash. The 27-year-old female passenger in the Ford was unhurt.
