2-vehicle crash reported near Doddridge Park

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officers with the Corpus Christi Police Department reported a two-vehicle collision just east of Doddridge Park Sunday evening.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Doddridge Street and South Alameda Street at about 5:18 p.m.

The official crash report states that an 85-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2004 Buick failed to check before changing lanes and collided with the side of a 2018 Tesla.

Neither the woman responsible for the crash or the 62-year-old man in the Tesla were injured as a result of the crash. However, both vehicles sustained significant damage.
