37-year-old woman injured after Ford rear-ends Nissan in Brownsville

BROWNSVILLE, TX – A woman was reportedly injured as the result of a rear-end collision in Brownsville last weekend.

The crash occurred on May 15th at about 9:52 p.m. along Paredes Line Road, just south of the intersection with Galveston Avenue.

Officers with the Brownsville Police Department say the driver of a 2004 Ford, a 20-year-old man, made an improper start and slammed into the rear of a 2020 Nissan.

Both drivers were unhurt as well as the two children in the Nissan. However, a 37-year-old female passenger in the Nissan sustained unknown injuries.
