CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – A contractor suffered burn injuries following an explosion at Chandlers Mill Apartments on Wednesday afternoon, according to KIII.
First responders were dispatched to 6350 Meadowvista Dr after receiving reports of the explosion around 2 p.m.
According to firefighters, a contractor was working in the apartment when the chemical explosion occurred. He was hospitalized at Bay Area Hospital to receive treatment for burn injuries.
