Brownsville police respond to rear-end collision on Paredes Line Rd.

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Officers with the Brownsville Police Department were called to the scene of a rear-end collision near the Resaca de la Palma River last Thursday morning.

The two-vehicle collision took place at about 7:22 a.m. along Paredes Line Road at the intersection with Galveston Road.

Investigators believe the 28-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2006 Nissan was speeding when she collided with the rear of a 2017 Ford.

Neither the woman responsible for the crash nor the two 19-year-olds in the Ford were injured as a result of the crash.
