BROWNSVILLE, TX – A man was killed on Friday in a crash that authorities believe was caused in part due to icy road conditions, KVEO reports.
Authorities responded to a crash at a railroad underpass on TX 550 sometime on February 12. Little else is known about the incident at this time.
