BROWNSVILLE, TX – Investigators with the Texas Department of Public Safety reported a head-on collision on Dennis Avenue early Sunday morning.
The incident occurred shortly after 1 a.m. within the intersection of Dennis Ave. and Avenida Juanita in the Cameron Park neighborhood.
Officials at the scene believe the 20-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2012 Volkswagen ran through a red light or stop sign at the intersection and collided head-on with a 2013 Cadillac driven by a 23-year-old man.
Neither driver was injured as an immediate result of the crash.
