Hit-and-run collision reported on Holly Rd.

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officials with the Corpus Christi Police Department are investigating a hit-and-run collision in Southwest Corpus Christi Wednesday afternoon.

The crash was reported at about 2:20 p.m. within the intersection of Holly Road and Ayers Street near MO-286. Police at the scene say the driver of an unknown vehicle failed to control their speed and collided with the rear of a 2020 Mitsubishi driven by a 53-year-old man.

No injuries were reported as a result of the crash. Police have not released any identifying information regarding the suspect or vehicle responsible for the crash.
