Multi-vehicle collision reported in South Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officials with the Corpus Christi Police Department responded to a multi-vehicle collision on the city’s South Side Sunday evening.

The incident was reported at the intersection of Saratoga Boulevard and South Staples Street just after 3:30 p.m. Police say the driver of a 2017 Toyota, a 73-year-old man, field to yield to the right of way at a yield sign and T-boned a 2018 Ford.

Neither the man responsible for the crash nor the 57-year-old man in the Ford was injured as a result of the collision.
