PHARR, TX – Authorities with the Pharr Police Department are investigating the cause of a head-on collision on U.S. 281 last Tuesday evening.
The two-vehicle crash occurred when the 56-year-old female driver of a 2008 Dodge failed to control her speed. The Dodge collided head-on with a 2011 Ford driven by a 35-year-old man at the intersection.
Luckily, neither of the drivers was injured as an immediate result of the crash. However, both vehicles sustained significant damage to the front ends.
