Multiple injuries reported after Brownsville rear-end crash

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Authorities with the Brownsville Police Department reported at least two injuries resulting from a rear-end collision on Boca Chica Boulevard Sunday evening.

The crash occurred shortly after 7:30 p.m. when the 29-year-old male driver of a 2007 Ford collided with the rear of a 2005 Chrysler within the intersection of East 14th Street and Boca Chica Blvd.

Two occupants in the Chrysler, a 23-year-old woman and a 6-year-old boy, sustained injuries as a result of the crash. Details regarding the severity of their injuries remain unknown at this time.
