BROWNSVILLE, TX – Officials with the Brownsville Police Department have reported at least two injuries resulting from a collision on Los Ebanos Boulevard last Tuesday afternoon.
The accident occurred just after 12:30 p.m. along Los Ebanos Blvd. near the on-ramp to I-69E.
Police believe the driver of a 2012 Ford vehicle carrying eight people collided with the rear of a 2013 Dodge after an improper start from a stopped position on the roadway.
None of the occupants in the Ford were injured as a result of the crash. However, both individuals in the Dodge, a 66-year-old woman, and a 72-year-old man, were reported injured. Details regarding the extent of their injuries remain unknown.
