Suspect in fatal Brownsville crash surrenders to police

BROWNSVILLE, TX – The man responsible for a fatal crash at Minnesota Ave and Padre Island Hwy on June 29 turned himself into the police Wednesday, Valley Central reports.

Miguel Angel Dominguez was driving the car at the time of the collision. He and his two children were injured and received medical attention. The children’s mother died. It is unclear if Dominguez was related to the other victims.

Dominguez turned himself in after being made aware of his charges. These charges include manslaughter, two counts of aggravated assault, and two counts of injury to a child.
