INGLESIDE, TX – Investigators with the Ingleside Police Department are looking into the cause of a suspected DUI accident on Alana Lane early Sunday morning.
The incident was reported at about 3:40 a.m. within the intersection of Alana Lane and Hewlett Lane.
Officials at the scene say the 52-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2019 Jeep had allegedly been drinking when he failed to control his speed and caused a three-vehicle collision involving two Nissans.
No injuries were reported as an immediate result of the crash. Officials have not said whether the driver responsible will face charges at this time.
