REFUGIO, TX – A woman from Pharr was killed following a two-vehicle collision in the Refugio area last Friday night.
According to KURV, 53-year-old Diana Carrazel Gonzalez was traveling south in a Ford F-150 when she was struck by another F-150 that was attempting to avoid an animal in the roadway.
Gonzalez was ejected from her vehicle and died at the scene. A male passenger in her vehicle was rushed to the hospital in serious condition.
