15-year-old driver causes multi-vehicle crash in Pharr

PHARR, TX – A 15-year-old driver may be to blame for a multi-vehicle collision in Pharr last week.

The accident took place on April 17th at about 1:39 p.m. within the 1500  block of West Moore Road. near the intersection with Jackson Road.

Police say a 15-year-old boy was behind the wheel of a 2004 Ford when the vehicle collided head-on with a 2012 GMC carrying three people.

Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the crash. However, it is still unclear why the teen was driving the vehicle at this time.
