2 adults, 1 child injured in north McAllen crash

MCALLEN, TX – At least three people sustained injuries resulting from a head-on collision in McAllen last weekend.

The April 25th crash took place shortly before noon within the 700 block of Robin Avenue, near the intersection with North 8th Street.

Responding officers say the 26-year-old female driver of a 2021 BMW failed to yield the right of way to a 2020 Volkswagen while turning left, causing the two vehicles to collided head-on.

The woman in the at-fault vehicle was unhurt. However, all three occupants in Volkswagen, ages 25, 20, and 2, sustained unknown injuries as a result of the crash.
