MCALLEN, TX – A multi-vehicle crash took place at a busy intersection near Westside Park last week.
The accident occurred on April 14th at about 8 a.m. within the intersection of South Ware Road and West U.S. Business 83.
Officers with the McAllen Police Department say the 25-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2017 Chevrolet was traveling at a high rate of speed when her vehicle collided with the rear-end of a 2009 Chevrolet.
Fortunately, no injuries were sustained as a direct result of the collision.
