MCALLEN, TX – Two people were reportedly injured as the result of a high-speed collision in McAllen last weekend.
The May 8th crash took place shortly before 1 p.m. along FM-511 at the intersection with Dicker Road.
Officers with the McAllen Police Department believe the 57-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2014 Nissan was speeding when she collided with the rear of a 2020 Nissan.
Both occupants in the 2020 Nissan, ages 55 and 32, sustained minor injuries in the crash. The woman responsible was unhurt.
