MCALLEN, TX – Officers responded to a two-vehicle car accident in south McAllen Tuesday morning.
The accident occurred shortly before 10 a.m. within the 650 block of East Jackson Avenue just west of I-2.
Police say the 25-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2005 Toyota was inattentive to the roadway when she collided with the rear of a 2015 Chevrolet.
The driver responsible for the crash was unhurt. However, both occupants in the Chevrolet sustained minor injuries in the crash.
