2 Nissans involved in collision along I-2 in Mission

MISSION, TX – Police in Mission responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision along I-2 last Thursday morning.

The collision took place just before 8:30 a.m. along the interstate near the South Bryan Road overpass.

Responding officers say the 41-year-olf female driver of a 2016 Nissan made an unsafe lane change and sideswiped a 2020 Nissan.

Fortunately, neither the woman responsible for the crash nor the 53-year-old woman in the 2020 Nissan was injured in the crash.
