PHARR, TX – Officers with the Pharr Police Department reported two injuries resulting from a single-vehicle collision on Minnesota Road early Sunday morning.
The incident was reported moments before 4:30 a.m. within the 1400 block of Minnesota Road near the intersection with Veterans Boulevard.
Police believe the 18-year-old male driving a 2012 Dodge made an unsuccessful evasive maneuver and collided with a fixed object in the roadway.
The driver as well as his 17-year-old female passenger were both reportedly injured as a result of the crash. Details regarding the extent of their injuries have not yet been made available.
