2 women injured in McAllen T-bone collision

MCALLEN, TX – Two women were reportedly injured following a T-bone car accident in McAllen early last Wednesday morning.

The incident took place shortly after 7 a.m. within the 300 block of East Ridge Road near the intersection with South Cynthia Street.

Investigators believe the driver of a 2017 Honda, a 41-year-old woman, failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign and T-boned a 2003 Toyota. The Toyota then rolled over at least one time after being struck.

Both the woman responsible for the crash and the 52-year-old woman in the Toyota sustained unknown injuries as a result.
