DONNA, TX – One woman was reportedly injured as the result of a suspected DWI collision on I-2 last week.
The crash occurred on May 6th at about 2:38 a.m. near the North Main Street overpass.
Responding officers say the 24-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2005 Jeep had been drinking prior to collided with the rear passenger’s side of a 2016 Ford at a high rate of speed.
Both drivers involved were unhurt as a result of the crash. However, a 20-year-old female passenger in the Ford sustained unknown injuries.
