MCALLEN, TX – Three people sustained injuries resulting from a rear-end collision in the Las Villas neighborhood Sunday evening.
The two-vehicle crash was reported within the 190 block on Nolana Avenue just east of the intersection with Colonel Crowe Road at about 6:46 p.m.
Police believe the northeast McAllen car accident occurred when the 20-year-old male driver of a 2003 GMC collided with the rear of a 2004 Ford at a high rate of speed.
Both the man responsible for the crash along with the 69-year-old man and 60-year-old woman in the Ford sustained injuries in the crash. The severity of their injuries remains unclear at this time.
