MCALLEN, TX – One person was reportedly injured as the result of an auto vs. semi collision in a residential McAllen neighborhood on Sunday evening.
The accident occurred on March 8th at about 4:52 p.m. within the 3100 block of Lucille Avenue near Houston Elementary School.
Responding officers believe the driver of a 2019 GMC box truck, a 34-year-old man, was speeding when he collided head-on with a 2011 Mercedes-Benz.
The truck driver sustained unknown injuries as a result of the crash. The unidentified driver in the Mercedes was unhurt.
