MCALLEN, TX – A man was reportedly injured as the result of a single-vehicle collision in the Lark Landing neighborhood last week.
The accident occurred on April 21st at about 8:49 p.m. along North 23rd Street, near the intersection with Mona Avenue.
Responding officers say the driver of a 2019 Nissan, a 42-year-old man, was distracted behind the wheel when his vehicle collided head-on with a fixed object in the roadway.
The man sustained unknown injuries as a result of the crash. However, his 12-year-old passenger was unhurt.
