DONNA, TX – Five people sustained injuries as the result of a high-speed collision on I-2 in Donna last week.
The crash occurred at about 3:36 p.m. on March 19th, near the exit to North 11th Street.
Police say the 29-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2011 Dodge was traveling at a high rate of speed when her vehicle collided head-on with the front passenger’s side of a 2012 Chevrolet.
All four juvenile passengers in the Dodge sustained minor injuries, as did a passenger in the Chevrolet.
