62-year-old woman injured after T-bone collision on Hooks Ave. in Donna

DONNA, TX – At least one person was hurt as the result of a T-bone collision at a busy intersection near downtown Donna last week.

The collision occurred on April 12th at about 5:12 p.m. within the 800 block of Hooks Avenue, just outside of Donna City Square Park.

The driver of a 2015 Nissan, a 52-year-old woman, failed to yield the right of way to a 2007 Ford and collided with the rear driver’s side of the Ford.

The woman in the at-fault vehicle was unhurt. However, the 62-year-old woman in the Ford sustained unknown injuries. Her 17-year-old passenger was also uninjured.
