MCALLEN, TX – Officials with the Pharr Police Department have reported at least two injuries resulting from a crash on West Kelly Avenue last Wednesday.
The collision occurred within the 1800 block of Kelly Ave near the intersection with South Jackson Road at about noon.
Police say the accident happened when the 56-year-old female driver of a 2016 Jeep failed to yield the right of way and struck a 2020 Nissan. Both occupants in the Nissan, a man and woman both in their 50s, were injured as a result of the crash.
No information regarding the severity of their injuries has been made available.
