SAN JUAN, TX – Officers with the San Juan Police Department reported one injury following a single-vehicle crash on I-2 Tuesday afternoon.
The accident was reported at about 2:17 p.m. along the interstate near North Nebraska Avenue.
Police believe the 22-year-old male driver of a 2006 Chevrolet was traveling at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his vehicle and collided with a fixed object along the roadway.
The driver was reported injured as a result of the crash. Details regarding the extent of his injuries remain unknown at this time.
