PALMVIEW, TX – A man is dead after crashing his vehicle into two other cars, including a constable’s vehicle, on Saturday morning, Valley Central reports.
The victim first hit a car in Mission and sped away from the scene.
Shortly afterwards, he ran a red light and crashed into the constable at the intersection of 495 and Breyfogle in Palmview.
The man driving died at the scene.
The constable was taken to the hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening.
Authorities in Palmview are investigating the incident.
