MCALLEN, TX – Officers with the McAllen Police Department were called to the scene of a single-vehicle crash with injuries last Thursday evening.
The accident took place at about 4:40 p.m. within the 1100 block of Southe 2nd Street, just north of I-2.
Investigators believe the unidentified driver of a 2010 Ford made a faulty evasive action and collided head-on with a fixed object in the roadway.
One person was reportedly injured as a result of the crash. However, the extent of those injuries is unclear at this time.
