CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officers with the Corpus Christi Police Department responded to a two-vehicle collision near Hicks Elementary last Thursday.
The accident took place at about 7:30 p.m. near the intersection of Carroll Lane and McArdle Road.
Police say the 60-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2015 Volkswagen was struck by a 2009 Ford after failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
Fortunately, neither driver was injured as a result of the crash. However, the Volkswagen sustained significant damage.
