Update: Driver Who Caused Rollover Accident Charged with DWI

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The driver at fault for a dangerous rollover crash in Corpus Christi has been charged with a DWI.

The accident occurred early in the morning on Saturday at the intersection of Horne Road and the Crosstown Expressway. The driver was driving drunk when he struck another vehicle. The vehicle then rolled over, ejecting one passenger. The driver at fault was found to be intoxicated at the time of the accident. Additionally he was carrying multiple felony-level narcotics on his person.

No information as to the condition of those injured has been provided by police.
