Today marked the beginning of many FREE days to get your pet spayed or neutered! Put on by the People Assisting Animal Control (PAAC) and sponsored by Herrman and Herrman, this free service is being done in hopes of providing a solution to the pet overpopulation in Corpus Christi.
Misty Winds neighborhood was the first on a list of many to be visited by the PAAC. If you were unable to attend this morning’s service there is no need to fret. There will be a few days in the month of June where you can take your pet and have them spayed or neutered for free. The next scheduled location is at Ben Garza Park in a few weeks! We will update this page when an exact date becomes available.
This is a great opportunity for those seeking to spay and neuter their pet. The gracious service that the wonderful people at the PAAC are offering is a favor to all the citizens of Corpus Christi. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact our office at 361-882-4357 or the PAAC at 361-438-3232 for more information.
They start taking pets first thing in the morning at 7:00 am. Only the first 30-35 animals will be accepted. It is on a first come first serve basis. The lighter and smaller the dog and/or cat the more that they will be able to take in. It all depends on the animals brought forth. Take advantage of this service and do your part to help end pet overpopulation in Corpus Christi.
