10-year-old child hurt after collision on I-35 in san Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A 10-year-old child was reportedly injured as the result of a rear-end collision along I-35 Monday evening.

The two-vehicle collision took place at about 5:40 p.m. near the exit to West Southcross Boulevard.

Investigators say the 20-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2014 Ford was inattentive to the roadway when her vehicle collided with the rear of a 2019 Toyota.

Neither driver involved in the crash was injured as a result. However, a 10-year-old passenger in the Toyota sustained unknown injuries as a result.
