10-year-old child injured after rear-end collision on I-35 in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX –  A child reportedly sustained injuries resulting from a rear-end collision along I-35 earlier this week.

The accident occurred on April 26th at about 5:40 p.m. just south of the Division Avenue overpass.

Officers with the San Antonio Police Department said the 20-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2014 Ford was inattentive to the roadway when her vehicle collided with the rear of a 2019 Toyota.

Neither the woman responsible for the crash nor her 17-year-old passenger was injured as a result. However, a 10-year-old child in the back seat of the Toyota sustained unknown injuries.
