13-year-old injured following collision on Nacogdoches Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in San Antonio have reported at least two injuries resulting from a multi-vehicle collision along Nacogdoches Road Tuesday afternoon.

The incident was reported within the 14700 block of Nacogdoches Rd. near the intersection with Spring Farm Street at about 3:50 p.m.

Police say the 50-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2013 Ford failed to yield to the right of way of a 2013 Hyundai causing the two vehicles to collide head-on.

The driver of the Hyundai, a 40-year-old woman, and her 13-year-old passenger were both injured as a result of the crash. Details regarding the extent of their injuries remain unknown at this time.
