SAN ANTONIO, TX – The 17-year-old driver who was died after an accident on Wednesday has been identified, according to KSAT News.
The police reported that Daniel Martinez was the driver of the white Scion that crashed with a grey SUV at about 6 p.m.
Martinez was speeding near the intersection of Hackberry and Indiana Streets when he hit the grey SUV as it turned left into a parking lot.
Both occupants of the SUV—a woman and her 1-year-old—and the passenger with Martinez were hospitalized but expected to recover.
Martinez was not wearing a seat belt when the accident occurred. He died in a local hospital from injuries related to the accident.
