2 children critically injured, 5 others hurt in crash on Bandera Rd.

SAN ANTONIO – Seven people, including two children, were injured in a two-vehicle crash at Bandera Rd and Sherill Brook Dr Sunday.

According to Fox San Antonio, a white Ford Expedition occupied by 8 people was pulling out of a driveway when struck by a Chevrolet truck that was heading south on Bandera Rd around 3:50 p.m.

First responders hospitalized seven of the eight people inside the Expedition. Among the seven injured, two children are in critical condition.

The driver of the Chevy truck was uninjured.

Police have not released details on what caused the accident.
