SAN ANTONIO, TX – Two children were reportedly injured as the result of a multi-vehicle crash on I-410 in San Antonio on Wednesday.
The incident took place at about 9:19 a.m. just south of the East Southcross overpass.
Investigators say the 32-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2008 Toyota carrying four children was inattentive to the roadway when her vehicle collided with a 2020 Toyota.
Two children in the at-fault vehicle, both age 8, sustained unknown injuries as a result of the crash. No other injuries have been reported as an immediate result.
